mary and the boy/felizol

In 2004 The Boy formed the piano-punk performance of Mary and The Boy, which became fastly known through their live underground shows in houses and small venues in Athens. They have been the opening act of Marc Almond, Lydia Lunch, Four Tet, Cocorosie, Holly Golightly gigs.

Their debut self titled album, was released in 2007 from Low Impedance Recordings and in 2008 they collaborated with Felizol for the release of their second album “Timemachine” from Inner Ear Records. After a while Mary and the Boy were split and followed different paths.
Felizol studied film directing. His films have participated, and awarded in various festivals worldwide. He releases music under the monikers Felizol, Steamcut, Sportex in various greek and European labels.
